I’m continually amazed by the resilience of those I work with. Even in the face of adversity, individuals possess an incredible strength that shines through. Life can throw unexpected challenges our way—be it trauma, loss, anxiety, or struggles with substance use. During these times, it’s crucial to have a safe space to process your experiences and feelings.

 

I believe in a holistic, humanistic, and collaborative approach to therapy, ensuring that you feel heard, valued, and understood. I utilize aspects of Trauma-Informed Care, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and DBT to tailor our work together to your unique needs.

 

Together, we can explore effective coping skills, work on emotional regulation and self-esteem, and find a path forward that feels right for you. You don’t have to face these challenges alone. With support, you can find healing and self-love on your journey.
