Megan Sillaman
LCSWC

For the past 8 years I have worked with clients with anxiety, depression, those with a history of trauma or actively experiencing trauma, life transitions and grief. I use a trauma-informed lens in all of my work while also using other modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and other client-centered approaches. I also have experience working with perinatal/postpartum mood disorders, first responders and those experiencing stressful life transitions.

My goal is to build a trusting relationship to help you feel less alone in your experiences and hopefully take away any shame that tells you that you are defined by your emotional experiences.

I am confident that you are the expert of yourself, and you know yourself best. I want you to teach me all about your experiences and do me the honor of letting me walk through the emotions of it all with you. Modalities and interventions mean nothing in therapeutic work unless there is empathy from the person you are sharing your experiences with.
