Managing overwhelming stress, anxiety and depression can take over our lives leaving little time or energy for anything else. These feelings can come from managing our everyday responsibilities or from life transitions, illness, and loss.
Life changes big and small can be challenging whether it is navigating adolescence, managing a new or chronic illness, or grieving the loss of a loved one. I am passionate about helping individuals and family members navigate these changes and manage the emotions and challenges that accompany them.
I believe in an integrated approach to therapy to create a space that works for each individual. I employ aspects of CBT, Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing in my practice. I also understand the importance of relationships, physical health, and our environments and how they influence our well-being.
I am truly inspired by the resilience in all people no matter what they have experienced. I am dedicated to creating an open, compassionate and understanding space for my clients and hope to provide them with the tools and resources they need to heal and thrive.
